March update

Whilst we are still negotiating on offers for a couple of properties, we observed yet another month of increased sales performance. It is encouraging to see activity picking up and we remain optimistic about the future property market outlook.

I am also pleased to announce we have achieved the Top 10% of Bayleys Salespeople for FY2022-23. The end of March also signifies my two year anniversary with Bayleys. It has been an incredible year filled with exciting challenges, growth, and learning experiences. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my clients who have placed their trust and support.
