Terms and Conditions for the One Step Ahead $10,000 Travel Voucher Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lawrence Liew One Step Ahead marketing campaign and $10,000 travel voucher giveaway (Giveaway). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. How to Enter

1.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must meet the following requirements:

• List your property for sale with Lawrence Liew under a full Bayleys agency agreement with no marketing rebates.

• The listing must be secured during the Promotional Period, from the date of this promotion until 28th March 2025.

• The property must be sold unconditionally by 28th March 2025 to qualify for entry.

1.2 Each eligible property listed and sold as per the above requirements will count as a separate entry.

2. Prize

2.1 The prize is a $10,000 travel voucher redeemable at PRIVÉ Travel, valid for bookings made between 1st May 2025 and 1st May 2026. The travel itself does not need to occur within this period, but bookings must be made before 1st May 2026.

2.2 The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other product/service.

2.3 Any remaining balance of the voucher after 1st May 2026 will be forfeited.

2.4 PRIVÉ Travel is not the promoter of this competition and is not responsible for its operation or administration.

2.5 All bookings will be subject to PRIVÉ Travel’s Terms of Service, as well as any terms and conditions imposed by the selected Travel Provider(s).

2.6 All additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, upgrades, taxes, fees, or costs beyond the $10,000 voucher amount, are the winner’s responsibility.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over who meet all entry requirements.

3.2 Only residential property listings within the Auckland region are eligible for this Giveaway. Commercial properties, lease/rental listings, or properties outside Auckland do not qualify.

3.3 Employees, contractors, and families of Bayleys and PRIVÉ Travel are not eligible to enter.

4. Prize Draw

4.1 The winner will be drawn at random on 1st April 2025, from all eligible entries.

4.2 The winner will be notified by phone on 1st April 2025 using the contact details provided in the listing agreement. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within 24 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner drawn.

4.3 Upon acceptance, the travel voucher will be issued in the winner’s name and must be redeemed directly with PRIVÉ Travel.

5. Acceptance of Prize

5.1 The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5.2 The winner agrees to participate in promotional activities as required by Lawrence Liew and Bayleys, including consent to use their first name, photo, and quotes for marketing purposes.

5.3 If the prize is not accepted within the stipulated timeframe or the winner fails to meet any of these conditions, Bayleys and Lawrence Liew reserve the right to deal with the prize as deemed appropriate.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Lawrence Liew and Bayleys reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, cancel the Giveaway, or disqualify any entry at their discretion.

6.2 Bayleys and Lawrence Liew are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

6.3 By entering, participants consent to Bayleys collecting and using their personal information for marketing purposes in line with New Zealand privacy laws.

6.4 PRIVÉ Travel and the selected Travel Provider(s) maintain full discretion over booking terms and conditions, which will apply to all travel arrangements made with the voucher.
